On-line scheduling of my service appointment was easy. Was greeted by Kaleb Blanton in the service bay and discussed the services I was to receive. Later he also advised me that the air filter and cabin air filter needed to be replaced and gave me an estimated cost. I agreed to have them replaced. The wait time was unexpectedly short.

Kaleb was excellent. He was on top of the communication (i liked the texting feature and electronic payment) for example when the completion truck was delayed, invoicing, i.e., like shop fees and pickup / delivery of car (great service). I was disappointed with the veterans discount of $5 on a purchase near $500 - prepaid oil service and transmission oil service. The $5 discount was authorized by the service manager. Other Ford dealers has provided a 5%, 10% or a flat dollar like $50. I give Kaleb 5 stars.
I recently had my 2021 Ford Escape Hybrid in for service. Kaleb Blanton was very helpful in identifying and getting my car into the service area to repair the problem. Kaleb is very conscientious about the customer’s satisfaction and time. He is very customer service oriented. My car was fully repaired and restored to its 100% working condition. Kudos to Marshall Mize staff, Kaleb, and the service technicians.

Kaleb provides excellent communication ( important) and the service staff most always meet their estimated completion time.
