Chanel worked extremely hard to locate the Maverick with exactly the features we were looking for and communicate what our options were, making everything easy to understand. And to top it all off, Chanel and the entire staff we worked with were extremely kind and friendly toward our 6 year old who was very interested in everything at the dealership. I worked with Chanel and she really knows how to do her job. She is very knowledgeable about her work and she’s personable to her customers. I would definitely feel safe about buying with her again. Mike was my financial advisor and he helped me get good warranties so I feel safe about being on the road!
Chanel was great talking with us about our purchase. She explained everything to us of what was going on and kept us updated all the way through with the transaction of purchasing the vehicle. Service depart was also great the y heled us fix a problem with the vehicle and as a whole everyone we had talked with was very polite and friendly. The detail shop could use some work though. We had to bring the bronco back and they didn't do a very good job of cleaning it up. The windows were still dirty and streaky and their was a label still attached to the sunroof. The car wasn't vacuumed out very well. Other than that over all if was a good experience.
